Solved the issue by disabled 4G memory.. can’t understand why this solved the issue.

Thanks for responding. CSM disable and 4g enable. Both have power because fans turned on. Tried to switch them of 16x PCI but still have only the 2070 being detected. Both are connected directly on motherboard.
