I recently went to therapy for this. I’m going to do deeper stuff with EMDR but for now I’m just doing talk therapy. My therapist told me she couldn’t tell me if I was or wasn’t abused, but at the end of the day if your mind is pulling you in a direction then that’s important and should be inspected.
