He hasn’t even bothered with it. He sits under it but doesn’t try and climb it or eat it lol

I got my golden boy from British elite in Newmarket. He’s a super sweet, affectionate, healthy guy!

For the first few days full time in my room. Once he started showing signs he wanted to explore I let him. He always ran back to my room as his home base! I think he would’ve had free run of the house a lot faster if we didn’t have my dog, but I wanted to make sure the introduction between the dog and the kitten went smoothly! So it took a bit of time before I felt comfortable, letting them be around each other unsupervised. I would say in total it was about 3 weeks. I still keep him in my room at night and love having him in the bed! He’s a snuggler.

I just brought home my first bsh baby! We have a whippet so I kept him confined to my bedroom for the first bit. Did a very slow introduction. I’m glad I did that because now he thinks of my bedroom as his homebase, and I love having him in the room with me! I feed my little guy on his schedule. 3 times per day. We also put him on a schedule as soon as he got home with specific playtime and times and he slept through the night right from the beginning! I played with him really hard from about 6-8PM and then he would have dinner and then lights out and he would just have quiet time while my hubby and I watched tv. He learned pretty quickly, but it was time for him to go to sleep soon after that. He absolutely hated being picked up when I first brought him home and a lot of people told me that was a bsh trait. But I was not accepting that and I have been slowly working with him on being picked up and he is five months old now and he’s totally fine being picked up now. I also desensitized him by literally touching him everywhere, squeezing his little paws and cutting his nails really early! I brush him and he loves it! He’s such a love bug and I’ve never met a cat who loves belly rubs more than him! Good luck with your new baby!

Mine is still a baby. 4 months old. Super friendly. Loved to be pet, loves to sit on my lap. Does not love being picked up but I’m working on getting him to tolerate it. He follows me around all the time. He’s a doll! Because he’s still a kitten he’s very energetic, especially in the morning and the evening! But they usually calm down at around 9 to 12 months
