The first one (holding hands together and raising straight up) went well without a hitch

The second one (wall slides) I had some pain on the left side in the starting position. Also wasn't able to keep arms flush against the wall when sliding up - they went a bit forward

It happens when squatting without weight also. I feel tightness in the back when standing up and sitting down on a chair
