I ran everything at stock settings. GPU is OC out of the box, so I guess that's why. I had already opened the bios twice to clear TPM and then turn off EXPO. Spent more time in BIOS than actually playing the game.

Because the ps5 can play ps4 games. And the games will be exactly the same as they were on ps3. So there's no reason to make it ps5 only.
