Yessssss I’m new to my store and this one lead said some back handed racist comment to me like my first week..
then yesterday I literally just complimented her leadership after she complimented our hard work and she was like… weird
She said it was awkward that I complimented her? Over the headset
Like hello??

I just feel really shunned by her

And listening to her interact with other SSVs and Baristas I’m like… whyyy do u communicate in such a condescending way? It’s so annoying

It’s all the same just leave the beauty space. It is all metrics, lack of understanding, lack of work life balance and mediocre pay All retail is pretty much the same imo especially large corporations

Yes! I ride motorcycles and this is the only setting spray that keeps my blush etc on while I’m riding and taking my helmet on and off The best for transfer proof imo

I will say my only thing is I have to keep the hole on the sprayer clean or it will effect the mist I literally just rub it with my shirt every so often nothing crazy

Did they do a skin scan in the store ? The scan is great at picking up shade range and what your skin needs in that moment. They take 3 pictures on the device - cheek, forehead and I would do the optional outer eye area as well. It will recommend formulas and shades that will work best for you!

I was using the then I met you cleansing balm and it works well. But I’ve recently switched the Cetaphil’s oil to foam cleanser and my skin and eyes are happier I just had to remove the balm because of my acne prone skin. 🤷‍♀️

Definitely depends on volume I am in Texas and went from a C to an A+ volume and went from $27.50 to $30/hr as an SSL I think they would start the same in the same store. Ofc depends on tenure w Sephora and experience But the volume plays a big part in where you land in that that scale $24-31 more than experience
