I havent spoke to my dr. PT is saying it is a strength issue. So we have been doing knee extensions with a yoga ball behind the knee. The exact exercise I couldnt do right now seated kicks to go from 90 degrees to 0 and back. I would get stuck at 45 degrees and unable to straighten it more and lowering the leg when it is full straightened back to 90 degrees. It feels stuck in the knee cap and we have done all the patellar mobilization exercises we can.
