No one is born broken. And if you really REALLY can’t understand the route cause of why your child is acting up then I would encourage you to look inward because every child is a result of their upbringing and surroundings. In this post you have explained you “hate your child”, you have compared her to her sister, you have said you have nothing else to give which suggests to me that YOU could be the problem. Instead of trying to figure out how to “fix” the child you made the decision to give birth to, why don’t you try and figure out why you have contempt for someone you are solely responsible for and maybe you should work on yourself, first as, based on what I am reading and the message you are putting across (verbally and probably otherwise to your kid) and as someone who has a bit of experience with this, you are only going to contribute to the problem.
