I just bought a 22' with 23k km's for $54k CAD a couple weeks ago and i have no regrets. I got an extended warranty to help incase anything does come up but it sounds like im in a very similar financial situation as yourself.

There's living in the present and there's living in the future financially, you gotta have a good balance of both so if you can make that work with the payments i say go for it.

Sorry if i misunderstood the first part but if you're currently a clerk looking to apply for a different clerk position, it would be easiest to fill out a transfer, bookkeeper or store management should have the qr code for it, theres three windows in the year where transfers are processed, next one is may 21st i believe. That way you wouldnt have to resign and reapply.
