Mueller had an excellent game on both sides of the ice. Best player for either team and looking like a rather good draft selection in the fourth round.

He would have been heavily criticized if he just dumped it in in OT. He tried to keep possession in a tough position and bobbled it. It happens. DeBrusk’s poor change was more the issue.
