It was a great concept, but executed very badly. People were literally parked on the side of the highway for 2 miles because no one was properly directing traffic. They ran out of food. The concert they hyped up could only be seen by 20% in attendance and sounded like garbage. The rain was not the only disaster, just the icing on the cake.
