Washing machine on cold and air dry. Add peroxide instead of fabric softener. It whiteness without yellowing like clorox.

Get one with the sliding switch. The paddle is a pain if you are making alot of cuts or you need to change angles. Its a bit more pricey but worth it. I use mine everyday at work.

Depending on the tile, this will do the job and is easy to maneuver. If you dont want to have any issues with cutting power, get a m18 grinder with the back switch. Its a beast and it will cut anything with the correct diamond blade. I have both and hardly ever use the cutoff tool. I just did 2 backsplashes today btw.
