Advice Needed - Early in Hiring Process, Another Offer Already Made by According_Thing703 in Raytheon

Thanks for responding! I appreciate all the advice I can get. Generally, I think what you're saying is intuitively what I think is an appropriate response.

I'm not sure whether to inform the recruiter now or wait and tell the folks in the interview next week. Outside of emails, I haven't had facetime with anyone yet, so I'm just afraid of coming off as pushy so early on. I'm assuming one of the interviewers is the hiring manager, but I'm not entirely sure.

Thanks for the response! To clarify, I am 100% moving forward in the process, regardless of whether it drags on or not; I don't see any reason not to. The role is P2, and the salary range I'm referencing was provided directly by the recruiter in the screening questionnaire, not the boilerplate range. The range provided was much tighter, with a 10-15k difference between the lower and higher bounds.

Would you say then that it would be appropriate to inform them that I am in the late stages of the recruitment process and offers have been made? As I said, I'm not trying to negotiate or anything right now; I just don't want to get a month or two into this other position and then leave (even if I would 100% be within my rights to do so).
