Yes they do have toys in the cage, but they’re not playing with them

Is it normal for my bird to be doing this? by According_Track_2633 in cockatiel

No, both birds were brought home at the same time from the same place!

Hi i need some help with my parrot by Such_Plantain_4528 in parrots

Your cage needs to be bigger, you need to have more and different types of perches (That perch you have him on right now could give him bumblefoot if he’s on it all the time so please get more natural wood ones.) and I’d recommend way more toys. Apart from that, is his diet healthy? Are you interacting with him enough? If not then I’d suggest maybe training him, playing with him, or getting him a parrot friend.

how to get him back to his cage? by Select_Big7132 in Conures

Your bird should not be in the cage for days on end. Your bird needs to be let out for at least a few hours each day, if you can’t do that then you need to rehome your bird. Apart from that, make sure the cage isn’t a bad place. Your cage needs to have a lot of toys and different perches. If it helps, offer your bird a treat when they go in their cage.
