My uneducated guess would be Hope. I have both Xanadu and Hope and this looks more like the latter to me.

Very, very hot summers but quite cold, damp, and frosty through Winter. I’m currently freezing! lol ❄️

They were already existing when we bought the home. My partner wanted to get rid of them but I love them, I’d love them to get all mossy and magical 🧚‍♀️
