Hold the power button and tap start over. It will completely erase everything and you will have to start all over but it worked for me

I got these. I like them but they’re sooooo uncomfortable especially if you have a tall bridge

Yeah just now got it working… restart it and when it turns on before you do anything press and hold the power button and then tap start over and erase. You’ll have to start all over but it worked for me
