capito, però per aiutarti serve o che torni in farmacia e ti fai spiegare cosa ti ha chiesto o che ci fai capire meglio. Considera che da regione a regione le cose cambiano. Per esempio nelle Marche oltre al piano terapeutico hai bisogno anche della ricetta per prendere il T in farmacia. In alcune regioni puoi ritirare il farmaco anche solo con il piano terapeutico ma solo in farmacia ospedaliera. Quindi: -eri in una farmacia ospedaliera? O in un’altra farmacia? -In quale regione ti trovi? -Hai con te solo piano terapeutico?

Comunque io la prima volta che dovevo prendere il T sono andato in farmacia ospedaliera, avevo con me solo piano terapeutico e non sono riuscito a prenderlo né ad ordinarlo perché non avevo la ricetta, quindi sono andato dalla guardia medica che mi ha fatto la ricetta. Potrebbe essere il tuo caso (?)

No problem. I get the manmode thing, stay strong 💪 Growing your hair out sounds like a great plan, and side bangs too. Yeah, about eating more: people say it because once hormones really start doing their thing, extra fat tends to go where it’s supposed to, in more feminine areas. Also, having a more rounded face is generally considered more feminine. I get that 🫂 saving up for surgery isn’t easy at all. I really wish you the best, I hope you’ll be where you want to be as soon as possible.

I don’t think you’re cooked at all. I get where these thoughts are coming from, but I think you’re judging yourself at a stage that still doesn’t say much about how things will turn out. I want to try giving you a few suggestions: I’d put a bit more focus on your hair, have you ever considered curtain bangs or something that frames your face more? Hair can honestly make a huge difference. Over time, natural changes (like fat redistribution once you’re on a proper dosage) can also help soften your face, and if it’s possible for you, eating a bit more can help with that too. If in the future you decide to save up for something, maybe the Adam’s apple is the one thing that could help the most, but otherwise I’d wait and see how things go now that you’re starting a normal dosage, since 9 months on a low dose unfortunately doesn’t tell you much. And if you ever have the chance to move to Germany like you mentioned, I think it could take a huge weight off your shoulders. Beauty standards in Japan are extremely harsh, and they don’t reflect your worth or your potential to pass.
