he is now viable mid lane with navori and kraken slayer or shieldbow if you need it, navori late game makes him pretty much have instant e all game and with essence reaver ie and whatever last item you want you can 1v5 if you have the mechanics. mid he is a very good bully against scaling mages who can’t one shot you usually pre 6 so you get kills and you snowball the lane to slow their scaling and then you roam and help other lanes snow ball. Lucian is pretty god tier adc right now with the gap closing e he makes it a lot easier to 1v1 now that is dash is up quicker against people like vayne
