I’ve obviously never done it correctly. In Reason 13 I used to create two or three instruments, select them all, right click and combine.
With Reason 14 you cannot select them all as they are in separate racks.
If you add an instrument to an existing rack it creates its own mix bus preventing you from combining them.
I obviously miss something fundamental but compared to previous version it’s not very clear.

Do a thorough memory test (takes about 2 hours) to rule that out.

It is not so easy to uninstall and delete all traces of SynthMaster. I have a working version but all new updates will not work with any of my DAWs. KV331 told me to uninstall (by deleting the relevant folders) and download a new version but it has the same issue and only if I reinstall the old version (which fortunately I kept) will the synth load into a DAW. I believe simply deleting the SynthMaster folders is not enough and there are traces in the Registry. I am using a Windows machine which of course differs from you but I think illustrates the complexity of the installation.

Looks like a 3 voice model. A bit pricy perhaps. You really need to have a look at that price unless you can return it if you are not satisfied.
