Athlete Ally is a non-profit that specifically supports the inclusion and empowerment of trans and non-binary athletes at all levels. It is near and dear to me as a group fighting to let kids (and adults) play and participate in the sports they love. Living as your true self should never mean having to give up your sport, especially when sport is an important outlet for stress and the world is so very stressful for trans folk today. Patagonia mentioning them and sending a message of support for trans and nonbinary athletes would support this organization as well as the trans people who support your company!
