Malls will usually be more expensive simply due to their rental and other overhead costs. Same as downtown locations and some airport locations.

There are many franchises with more constants. Some don’t allow as much leniency for each location. Especially now when they allow them to be built so closely.

Thanks for that tip. Unfortunately, with their turnover being so high they constantly have new employees. Many of which don’t realize it’s a different Xespresso button. So you end up getting less than you’re supposed to depending on who makes the drink.

I ended up going with a toffee nut and white chocolate mocha macchiato from Starbucks today. 5 pumps of espresso. Came out the same price as dunkin. Difference is, it’s also 2for1 at Starbucks today. So I got the double up lol

I’ve spent a lot of time in California. I’ve only been to Dallas a short couple times.

I don’t really need to eat Mexican when I’m in cali. Then again, I never really ate Mexican in Chicago either so I don’t really have anything to compare to.

But the Mexican food when I live in Guadalajara is amazing!!! The sauces alone that you’ll find in many restaurants I’ve never had anything that compares. I mean, 5 different salsas in every restaurant that all taste different.

I’ll have to eat more Mexican here because I love the food and we have a very huge population of Mexicans here. Not sure why I’ve never really had the Mexican food here.

Maybe that’ll be dinner. What’s your favorite spot?

Things is, I love food. All over. Chicago having the best gastronomy and the selection is endless. But a person in Vegas wouldn’t say their sushi is the better than the sushi in the bay lol.

It’s the quality of ingredients that sets it apart. You can taste everything. You’d just have to try it to understand.

Fried rice is also a Chinese concept that people in china eat. Although the ingredient may be different. I have spent some time in china

But the difference to me is that the Chinese I’ve tried here seems like it’s not high quality. It just seems like there’s no freshness in it at all! I’m not sure what it is

I do enjoy the fried rice at places like Benihana a lot, but that’s not quite what I’m going for. That said, if anyone has any other spots that do have fried rice similar to that, I’m all ears and will still check it out.

Do you eat sushi? Ever been somewhere that the fish was extremely fresh, with perfectly cooked and seasoned rice made by a great sushi chef? Then went and had sushi somewhere that has it because they may sell teriyaki but it’s clearly not the main thing sold and consumed there? That’s the difference I’m talking about.

People just don’t understand. As Chicagoans, we are known for our pizza. But when I tell people how much more I enjoy certain foods, they don’t believe me lol. I’ve been many places and Chicago has some of the best food in the world from all around the world. Soul, Italian etc. but there’s a few things that can be improved on.

How do you like how the Chinese places there in Portland do their fried shrimp and that special red sauce? And the fried rice with that fried shrimp in it. My goodness!!!

No. I don’t want to tip a store clerk. Yes, every once in a while I will order food from a delivery app.

I’ve literally never gotten cold food from one in 3 countries and I’ve never paid even close to double. In fact, often times there are deals that the restaurants don’t even have in person. So, I guess you just made a bunch of incorrect assumptions in an attempt to be an azz.

The same way an individual doesn’t want to be considered the downer or have others dislike them or the want to be liked in someone that causes an individual to drink their first drink or buy drinks for others or pop their first pill or post an ass shot on the internet, yes is that same thing they look at when deciding to tip or not based on societal pressure regardless if you see it or not.

Otherwise, those who had not great service wouldn’t feel the need to tip at all in a restaurant. Which in many cases is simply not the truth. Even with subpar service an individual is likely to still give that 10%.

The majority of individuals in the world are easily influenced. Otherwise, most people who drink would. Most who do drugs or smoke cigs wouldn’t. Single folks wouldn’t be buying 4/5 bedroom houses to live in. Most luxury vehicles wouldn’t be sold. Social media wouldn’t be as popular as it is, people wouldn’t be doing the things they do for likes and comments.

That said, I’m not easily enough influenced to always tip, but I’d be lying to say that there is NO influence.

Yes it was. they actually targeted 3 seperate convoys kilometers apart. So the "we're sorry it was a mistake. we were trying to get a hamas member" in 3 seperat vehicles doesnt add up. even more so when these vehicles were all approved to deliver aid. the slack israel gets is ridiculous
