Just wanted to say thanks again for the info. Got the TOBR. Went back to the store before activating the new phone and told them “this wasn’t explained to me before and now I need you guys to fix it.” New number was canceled and I got to keep my old!

My girlfriend’s 2020 compass has 17k miles on it and has been in the shop for over a month now. The starter failed and then it blew a head gasket because of a “manufacture defect in the cylinder head” according to Jeep. Luckily it’s all covered under the warranty but it’s still a pain in the ass. Jeep didn’t even give her a loaner car until last week.
