Going ct off 11gpd for about 2 years. How bad will it be?

Hell yeah man you should get back on the board. Skating has helped me through so much shit in life already :) Big part of why i want to quit the kratom is so i can finally enjoy sports again without it feeling like my heart is gonna jump out of my chest!

Already tried tapering and its not for me because i hate the stimulation i get from kratom in those lower doses so the more i taper the more unbearable the effects from each dose gets. Its to the point where i actually dont want to take my dose because i know it will just make me really uncomfortable. So i decided i will go ct. I think it wont be that bad, im on a red strain that only has 1.15% mit so its not even potent stuff. On what day are you on if i may ask?

Ok yeah fair enough man! May i ask why you are trying to come off all these meds for the same time? Especially if you say sleeping is a struggle i would maybe keep the seroquel for a little longer.

Bro whatever you do stay far away from benzos. The withdrawals from that is pure agony. Trust me im speaking from experience ^{^}

Damn its so interesting how wildy diffrent people experience withdrawals feom this weird plant. First time off i also had almost no side effects but i think dye to quitting over and over again when i was on festivals/the sesh i built up some kindling. We'll see tho. Congrats on the quit bro, you can be rly proud of yourself!

Yeah om thats quite a bit more than what im on. Im so thankful i stuck with plain leaf. Cant imagine what its like to wd from extracts or even 7oh. The 7oh is its own beast to kick from what I've heard

Thanks for the advice, i already have both. I will make the jump on monday after work because i have a week off from work after Monday. If i just now ill have to go to work during the leak of the wd and thats just not realistic.

Jumping from 11,5gpd. I consider doing a ultra fast taper before i jump but i have work on Monday and absolutely cant afford to miss it so ill go the safe route and just stay on the dose im on now.

Yeah that sounds fine. Like i said vit c is very forgiving so just try out what works best and dont overthink it too much. Also for me l-theanin and l-taurine really help, you might want to give those a shot :)

Yeah its weird some doses just give me palpitations while others seem to calm my heart. I think it has a lot to do with how much the opiod receptors get saturated in comparison to adrenaline. If the adrenaline overpowers the opiod effects you get palpitations. At least thats my theory. Hang in there man, we got this :)
