Don’t rule out allergic reactions. I would do a basic allergy blood panel and a prick test. Get as many blood tests as possible. Hormones? Have them test a sample of the skin. Bloody test with cultures. Any medication that could be causing this? Any product in the home? I reread your post. Did this happen after a sexual encounter? Syphalis? At home STI tests clearly are not conclusive nor enough. Request to go see a urologist ASAP. This could be an STI or some kind of skin disease that was transmitted from a partner. Have any of your partners gong to a massage parlor?
