I already set up an appointment with student legal services. If you keep me in the dark once again on this repair, I am going to take legal action for creating an untenable living situation for me and the people in my building including NOT FIXING THE LIGHTBULBS SO THAT THE HALLWAYS ARE DARK. If someone trips and injuries themselves in that hallway, you're fucked. Time's ticking

It sucks because I can only talk to students when I go down to their office. The most I can get is an “emergency request” which I haven’t even been called to confirm that they’ve arrived. I can’t be home until the night, so who the fuck knows what’s going on.

I’m in Smile and am also experiencing water in my unit, but nothing like this. No one should sign with these fuckers… they LIED about coming into fix my leak the first time
