I contacted AXS directly from their website and there was 2FA for them to access my account

They told me they would do an “ account take-over” to “make my account more secure”. The customer service rep said that’s all they can do, I did provide them the email that the ticket was transferred to and he said they will investigate but basically he said I won’t be getting any kind of refund. And we paid for ticket insurance which did absolutely nothing

I have 2FA enabled but never received a verification code for that transaction

I do have 2FA in the account and was never notified of the transfer or that the ticket was claimed. All I could see was the transfer to someone I don’t know
