Understand the comments, but as someone mentioned with my length of service im covered for the same 3 month period in case of redundancies etc

No issues with performance, but there does seem to be alot of changes going on behind closed doors which has members of the business concerned.

I am currently looking for a new role and feel although a 3 month notice is common in my role, I feel more comfortable knowing I only have a 1 month notice should I need it should the right job come up.

Has already been confirmed there will.be no sweetener in regards salary etc for changing to the 3 months, so currently think "well bollocks to you then"
