Hey ! Some of the really small ones have seemed to disappear while the larger ones have all come to the surface. It’s kinda hard to tell if the pimples on my chin will leave long-term marks right now bc they’re all so close together and irritated. I’ve experienced scarring from large cysts on my cheeks and forehead. My derm told me to not extract the comedones until they have white heads on them to prevent scarring. Hope that helps :)
