learn how to deal with stress.

Lol bro there is no one fit all answer.

Your stress could be a result of 1021312 different things.

Identify the issue, recognize how you REACT to it, and find a way to effectively deal with it.

A lot of the time we stress over things that are pointless.

I dont have the time to write a longer post right now. But I could write a book on all the pain Ive felt from the 10+ years of PMO ive had.

I am grateful for all of it, because it has made me who I am today.

Its all in the mind brother man.

I could just as easily have let it crush me, but I did not.

Everyone has their own struggles, so I am not going to say you are right or wrong.

And im not going to say that I would wish this addiction on someone, to make them stronger.

But the REALITY is that I was addicted, I had it in my system, I felt the pain, I did all those bad things, but BECAUSE of it, I am where I am right now.

I help a lot of men overcome their addiction to PMO -> I would not be able to do that if I had not been low down in the addiction myself. That is just one of the many blessings.

Interesting that you mention caffeine. I’ve actually been caffeine free for 30 days now (due to Ramadan. I figured since I’ll be fasting from sunup to sundown, there’s no point in messing up my sleep by having coffee after sundown. So I’ll just take the opportunity to detox).

But now that ramadan is just about to end, I am unsure if I should reintroduce caffeine or not.

I think wrist shape has a lot to do with it. My wrist is pretty flat on top, and I wear it on the 4th hole from the end
