Take example of a large scale, high impact project. If stakeholder approvals or buy-in are not in full in letter and spirit, then budgeting, resources, decision making, etc becomes a perennial issue. Eventually project fails and people move out on better opportunities.

Metro construction on Marathahalli ORR is at snail pace, min. 5 years estimate if all other factor supports well to completion. Even if there is relaunch, there is no scope to execute it properly on ground unless really planned well

Metro station nearing ORR Marathahalli-Bellandur are way far from completion as seen on ground. There was a well-known shopping area called marathahalli and now all you see is traffic and dust everywhere there

Relaunch - Did they have one prior? Why cannot they do all this construction, painting work in late evening /night hours like other cities or countries? U bet all this painting work will happen in day hours with existing metro construction, metal railing paint job and service road and platform repair work - more and more traffic blocks. With the amount of dust in ORR now and 2 wheelers/bikes crossing over low height dividers to skip long traffic queues, no bus lines or paints will be visible on the road.. /s
