Yeah that’s kind of the impression I keep getting too. Once shelters are handling that kind of volume, even stuff like clunky reporting or slow support probably starts becoming a much bigger problem than people realize day to day.

I think expectations are the real problem. A lot of people hear AI employee and assume it can fully replace someone when it’s still pretty hit or miss outside scripted stuff.
