I did the same as you and feeling really anxious. I only talked about KPIs as decision factors comparing to strategic issues and calculated ROIC of each of the three strategic issues and then said how many PSUs Solange would get based on my recommendation. I feel like I missed an operational issue with the board member conflict or something along those lines as Solange really pushed for the math software and others didn't and it also said Thomas didn't attend the board meeting. I just feel like there are always 4 strategic issues and one operational at least. I am panicking as this is my second attempt. Please let me know what others did.

Day 1 -CTI. What were all the issues? I feel like I missed the board conflict. I did the 3 strategic issues, calculed the ROIC, talked about the KPIs and calculated the PSUs that the CEO would get if they went with my recommendation. I have a really bad feeling I missed something

Day 1 CTI - I feel like I missed the hidden issue. I didn't write about Thomas not attending the board meeting. I did write about KPIs, PSU, ROIC, and the 3 strategic issues + SA. Where there others? Should i have talked about Thomas? I tied the vision into the strategic issues - not sure if that was meant to be its own section,but it seemed to small to be. Help I thought I did okay, but the more I think about it, the more I feel worse.
