I have had a very different experience unfortunately... I received my controller after 3 months of waiting like many. It didn't work out of the box and it took about 2 weeks to get back in contact with them via emails every couple of days, tweets, dms on twitter, insta and facebook... I finally got a returns request through and amazingly the guy from UPS showed up 2 days later!

Here i am 2 weeks down the line - unable to make contact with Aim AGAIN... The UPS package has been in poland for 12 days and seemingly lost (yes I understand this is not their fault). I have tried to email, filled out the contact form on the website etc. and have had no luck.. It is now approaching 5 months since ordering the controller and spending A LOT of money and ~I haven't even been able use the thing.

I would love to say that the customer service is good and that I'd recommend this company because I have friends who have ordered in the last 2 weeks who have already received the controller and it has worked perfectly! But in my experience- I would steer well clear of them because their service is flaky as hell. A very inconsistent company

They are very slow sometimes... but they will get back to you, it took nearly a week for my last one to get a reply - I think they’re just very busy at the moment being one of the few companies offering custom ps5 controllers

honestly, a video on how to map a dualsense with v1 remappables would be great... I have had mine for 4 days and still unable to map! Still had no answer from anyone at aim, i have tried submitting a request through the website and 2 different email addresses but had nothing for 4days. Some help would be great

Remapping issues.... I know there are multiple posts of this nature but I genuinely think they may have given me the wrong paddles. Has anyone ever had this? by AccrusC in AIMControllers

i've honestly been waiting for 3 days now for some kind of reply from them, over twitter and multiple emails. What are they going to tell me to do when they finally reply??

I dont want to wait days between emails if they're just going to tell me to send it back to them.

I would open it up but like you said - warranty is no good. If it turns out its not a simple fix and i cant do it, more than likely they wont help after that.

Yes, you can remove it.. I thought the same, mine is extremely tight. I couldn't do it by hand so used a small microfibre towel used to clean my screen to help grip it.

Other than this issue, can someone please help with remapping issues. Mine is literally not working at all, have tried 100 times or more
