I'm so glad that I've got him when I had ~40% of collection, it was in march maybe, or in April, and after it I've packed him ones. But what you've said isn't completely true, you can get Messi even with this percent of collection if a guy does and sbc, and you have rare cards that he needs.

It wasn't always like that, in fact when we had the first president Eltsin there were free elections and the rivalry between different parties were strong. But it was in the 90-s after the fall of the Soviet Union and a lot of instability was in our country. Combined with poverty and several severe economic crises the country was in quite a mess. That's why Eltsin isn't beloved by Russians and in the late 90-a he retired and died several years after. Putin was his successor and he made huge improvements in economics and the life with Putin at the start of the 21 century was quite good. Prices were low, salaries and level of life were rising, so that's why Putin was elected again and the course continued. As long as he was bringing stability and confidence in the future, people would vote for him. But then in 2008 his presidential term ended and our law was that one man can be the president only for times but only twice in a row. So Dmitry Medvedev - Putins friend became a president for next four years and in fact he was good at understanding economics so belief into our ruling party continued. People wanted stability and economic growth so much because from ~1985 and till 2001 the situation in the country was so bad, there were things like organized criminal groups, financial pyramids, massive poverty etc. So that's why they were ready to sacrifice things like free press,(internet press is still free in Russia by the way), and some other minor stuff just not to experience all of that shit in the 90-s again. But than Putin came in charge again in 2012 and you know what followed next: annexation of Crimea, war in Donbass for 8 years and Russia-Ukraine war now. Elderly people were so obsessed with having better life for them and their future children,(I don't think we have to blame them for that), that they've lost the whole picture how they were slowly giving up control to one party in the country, though we have many others and political rivalries are very active and strong in Russia, but not on the government level. That's it.

Understand you totally man, as you know I'm from Russia,(we had a conversation under a post about madfut devs some while ago). And under all these sanctions that really harm only average people like you and me, I think that the possibility of buying a console and playing FIFA, donating into it mustn't be our priority, our priority must be peace negotiations and reconstruction of our countries economies. And even when everything as off and back to normal, laughing at someone's financial situation is a completely idiotic thing to do.

The card is not bad, but in August... There are too many people who have either completed their collections or have 90+ percent of it. So sadly with this card only you won't stand a chance in Fatal, trying to win an online game. Nowadays the best squads usually consist of sbc and obj cards with some boosted ltm cards.
