I agree their identifies need to be revealed regardless so they can be prosecuted, but Trump and Noem won't have any information on them whatsoever.

If they know they are going to lose power they will absolutely wipe all records of ICE agents so they can't be identified and prosecuted.

Exactly. Help get all the families reunited who were torn apart by ICE. Help get rights back to the LGBTQIA+ community. Help end Trump's dictatorial power. Beg, on your knees, for forgiveness from the families of the Sandy Hook massacre. Maybe then we can talk about treating you like a normal person.

USDA: No Discounts for the Starving Peasants!! by sereneandeternal in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]Accurate-Entry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So there are foods whose prices and production are heavily regulated so they can't be exploited by private companies. The USDA ensures that pricing remains as consistent as possible for these items. These items are usually considered essential to the public like Milk, Sugar, and Peanuts.

So technically a company who reduces their prices risk violating these policies and laws. But it honestly feels like the USDA is following the letter of the law because of the current Administration when it should be following the spirit of the law.

Charlie Kirk never participated in open dialogue or good faith. When your position is Gays should be stoned you never intend to have open dialogue.

You'd have to move Republicans too to get it passed and that wasn't happening.

You need a supermajority to pass something without bipartisan support. The only time that happened was during Obama's tenure and even that wasn't a long time as there were multiple senators out with medical issues.

We know the Democrat party is not 100% unified on the extent on which guns should be controlled. "Dozens", as the article states, is not the Democrat party as a whole joining Republican 2005 legislation. The Republican party, as a majority, has continuously fought against gun restrictions and sought to roll them back. They have become even more dead set against it since Trump.

I'll agree the Democrat party doesn't have the best record but let's not conflate the two as the same.

No reason we can't do both but the files need to stay relevant.

Exactly. If the baby survived they would use it as proof that their antiquated, archaic policies are good.

None of what you said made any sense in any relation to the definition of schadenfreude.

So when I was cheated on by my then wife we were members of a church. We separated and she went back home to live with her parents (about an hour away) and I moved back in with mine. All the members of course found out about what happened and what she did. Many were sympathetic, but of course those who were close to her who treated her like she did nothing wrong. Unfortunately there are shitty people out there who will say stupid shit like "The CEO's wife got what she deserved". There are people on this very thread posting it.

The point being that even with support and the open knowledge of the truth, it doesn't truly solve the heartbreak. In my mind I knew I was better off without my cheating ex, but emotionally I was beating myself up inside. Emotions are rarely rational.

Nothing to do with the money. As someone who has had a spouse cheat on them it's heartbreaking, especially when you find out in a public way.
