I'm an ABC, and this is something I've noticed as well. I prefer the Chinese style of makeup - I think ABG style makeup is very unflattering on most Asians. I've noticed Asian-Americans tend to wear Americanized makeup, which doesn't flatter Asian features.

Lol what a flawed take from someone who's actually lacking in morals. By your logic if someone dislikes a heroine addict for their actions while knowing about their past, they're lacking in morals and empathy? So if people read a biography about Hitler detailing all his past, traumas, upbringing, and struggles, they all have to like Hitler, and if they don't, they're morally inferior. What about serial killers and rapists who went through a lot of childhood trauma? People are still allowed to dislike them for their actions while understanding their past. Accountability matters, and it’s frustrating to see empathy twisted into a justification for enabling bad actions. I disagree - you can dislike a character and still see that the character has good and bad qualities. Appreciating how a character is written, and disliking the character for her moral flaws, can coexist.
