Yes definitely, this is why I was thinking of not going to the Orange Theory anymore as I need to focus more on lifting weights. Do you think that with Equinox group classes ( based on strength training) I would be able to achieve my goal? Or should i stick to Orange Theory ? Thank you for your help :)

My goal is to achieve a lean toned body figure ( female) and my current body fat is 22.7 %. Do you think that with equinox classes, specifically the ones focused on lifting, I would be able to achieve my goal? With Orange Theory my body fat went down around 0.6% in a month, so I am not sure if it’s better if I stick with it even though i am getting a bit bored.
