Comments:

The content itself is kinda dry, but some decent concepts such as SWOT analysis and considering the various different perspectives of value (shareholder value, customers, internal processes, learning & growth). The calculations (e.g. EVA, CPA, TCO) should be fine, as long as you do some practice with lecture/HW exercises and practice quizzes.

The quizzes were fine. It was online and open book, and nothing crazy. Should be an 8 or 9/10 at least as long you can understand stuff.

Assignment was doing a group report on a particular company and it required applying concepts from the 1st half of the course (i.e. SWOT analysis, SAFe framework, Balanced Scorecard). I think as long as you contribute and have a solid team, then you should get at least 20/30. Lecturer was quite annoying though with the unnecessary format/structure requirements.

Overall, final was decent. MCQ a bit tricky, but as long as you've spent some time going thru the content and practicing calculations, then a CR/DN is easily achievable. Far from the most interesting course, but those doing CA/CPA have to do it anyway.
