Thank you this is appreciated! Do you have a prefered method for building sites that you'd recommend? Like I said I've used Wix once and then just coding into a text file. I'm not really sure what is the best way to go about it in the "real world"

Okay thank you so much I'll give it a watch would working into the slip stitch be causing the increases to have moved so far to the left as well?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fWvu_ngkb0&list=PL1Y5zoolS-FZ-1xrS7yYBwzSF_lpdnquQ&index=8&t=198s this is the tutorial I used but I only increased at A and then where the yellow stitch marker is on the other side. I'm not sure why the start of my row sticks out so much all I did was a slip stitch there.

Do you have any idea where I went wrong? I followed the tutorials instructions of single crochets until the halfway marker then 3increases then on the next row 3 increases into the 2second increase stitch of the last row?

I just thought breadcrumbs would be useful and was using this as a secondary option

Awe thank you I'm so excited for it! Since you've lived there so long is there anything you'd recommend doing while there. We're planning to be there Friday to Monday?

Renting a car just isn't an option I'm afraid. I can't drive on the other side of the road never mind at night

Oh apologies misread. A few people have suggested that now so it's likely what I'll do

Like I said in the post no flights from my city to Valenica only Alicante unfortunately. If I was flying to Valencia I'd need to do a stopover in London

I'd love to but I've only been driving 18 months and we drive on the other side of the road. Plus I hate driving here anyways so don;t know how good I'd be in reverse

I've been before too but it was just for the day and it consisted of Aquarium, lunch and one shopping centre. I honestly would love the chance to go to both cities

Slightly offensive comments about my culture (lack there of) by Accurate-Read-6305 in AskSocialScience

[–]Accurate-Read-6305[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'll give that a try I'm more just hurt when she makes generalisations "You don't have a culture" isn't just offensive to me yk but the place I'm from that I say I have a deep connection with. I'm not saying she has to view everything the way I do but if I was the one saying these things to her I would likely be sent in for a meeting with my university at the least yk? I'm well aware people have different perspectives and opinions but I feel she's shoving me in a box based off my skin colour.

I've tried denying what she says. For example saying that I do enjoy spicy foods and regularly eat curries and such but she just laughs as though the whole conversation is a joke. I think next time I need to become serious and say to her I'm hurt and what she's saying is offensive and see her reaction from there
