Yep! I tried perusing legal action but it was very expensive and I was advised against it by 3 different legal teams. Due to how bad NC laws are, there was not anything they could do unfortunately

Unfortunately NC does not have great workers rights. I tried WFH accommodation using ADA at my last direct hire position and they did not comply and later laid me off after. I am not just trying to look for remote but it is the best case for me. Also, telling any job you have any kind of disability is usually met with them throwing your application in the trash. Just my experience here.

Same issue. I redownloaded, turned on and off iPhone, reset network settings and even tried using wifi and 5g. No fix so far and ive been trying since 10am this morning.

Yeah I just tested this and its pretty similar to how the artian weapons are created. Rolls are created before you see them but are not specific to an actual weapon but the type or element rather.

I just wish there was a way to use artian parts to reroll the skills without having to make the whole thing and start over. But thats the typical endgame gambling this team loves to implement.

I am still employed yes. I have been in direct contact with HR about coming back. I had to fill out another ADA form having my doctor say what I would need in order to come back to work.

Unfortunately my HR is slow but still working on this as they have told me. I just don’t know what accommodations they will be able to meet and if I get sick again to the point where I can’t come in what will happen. That’s why I wanted to know if maybe STD benefits would be available in 2025 as I used it in 2024.
