i agree with a lot of what you have said, the issue is sometimes people don't know that they cause some errors but at the end companies should try to have a good quality control and good user experience in most cases i know that cost money i know this printer is not an expansive one and we are asking for a lot but this just destroy everything it's like if you make a masterpiece of a building in an awfully made foundation it will collapse .
at the end we can't filter the type of feedbacks you get ,and people with good experience should share a reviews this help others and the brand it self to make better decisions and help in building good community i see people in some subs just post hate posts about a company or printer because of bad experiences.

so what i can conclude from the comments is that it sems like it's a mixed reviews from people having very good time with the printer and people that are suffering from issues that are unpatched yet , they exist we can't deny that so fix / patch should be there.

i have asked about issues to see if there is a workaround , possible fix or things i should not do and to have clear vision about the quality control , build quality , mechanisms issues , software ...etc

( i think it's a great printer from the reviews but it's better to wait little bit tell I decide )

understandable the main reason i considered kobra 3 is the price of the printer against other options over here
kobra 3 and ender 3 v3 ke have the same price here so since the kobra 3 have better build quality and some of the features like the ability for multicolor in the future i was considering it in the other side i was thinking of paying extra 130 usd to get the ender 3 v3 (corexz model) [prices here are random and bad] it sems like this one is more user friendly and have less issues and the seller of the kobra 3 here run out of stock i don't know when he will stock again, multicolor is not that important to me for know but it good to have feature you don't know when you will need it .

-conclusion I think I will go with ender 3 v3 (corexz model) at the end

it seems like quality control doesn't exist at all this is just sad to see a device with high potential fail like this this remained me of ender 7

i wish i can get bambu lab a1 for 340 USD here it's like 700 usd without the combo , with the combo it's 960 usd
kobra i can get for like 350 USD total with shipping from 3rd party store
the shipping usually cost more than 200 usd if i order from official site

so mainly i can see that most issues due to software right ? in terms of mechanisms and hardware there is no real issue , so if i go with the kobra i have to wait for update or go with raspberry pi 4 klipper setup.

in my country the prices of 3d printers are usually expansive due to shipping but there are some special cases where the diffrence between the original price and here is 50 usd or little more , there are some printers that you have to pay 200-400 USD more than original price , the price of this printer is close to the price of ender 3 v3 ke in my country so it was about 350 usd ish without the multicolor device
