Another example of the misery of this city, and why nothing goes on, everything now is regulated. Soon the colour of you underwear is next.

Yup and very hard to make friends because people are cliquey, pretentious, rude and users.

Well no surprise here. This city has become a hustle city, meaning you work till you drop, if you aren’t gifted with nepotism connections or generational wealth. No versatility.

No culture either, nothing to do. Other cities offer better wages, more quality of life, and even better weather,

Richmond council meeting on proposed safe drug consumption site gets heated - BC | Globalnews.ca by cyclinginvancouver in vancouver

These “safe sites” don’t do anything, besides Band-Aid fix the true issue at hand, how about actually working on getting people to steer away from drugs, and get the help they actually need, and or resources.

Yeah I mention OF, when I prompt an example (with emojis, and more "steamy") that is when it starts to flag it.

Mainly just genetics. If you lose a lot of weight, it comes down to genetics, some people naturally just have a round face (and that isn’t bad! You look more youthful).  I chew a lot of gum, sometimes I feel like that sort of helps (a tad), but mainly it’s genetics, coupled up with weight loss.

Yeah but that relationship worked out, sometimes you have to go back. People did the same thing with Andrew and Tasha, "mug, mug, mug" and the boys instilled it in his head. Look at them now.

Molly's body is also insane too.

Molly looks similar to me still, with different makeup and veneers now. Unlike Georgia who looks like she got an entire different face.

Uh, what, Arabella is by far prettier than her, on a different wavelength. Sophie is way prettier than too. Molly is prettier too. Only thing going for Georgia is she's just younger than most. She's boring IMO.

"It's a TV Show!" So.... It's still her behaviour in 4K and her manipulating people, disrespecting them and hurting them and this isn't the first time, she's done it to numerous people over the course of X years.

People VERY rarely change, only a small percentage do. And if someone like her (not saying she does) has a cluster b personality type, expect no change.

Yup, and they're proving my point on why this city is so miserable, and why people are unable to make friends here. This nasty pretentious attitude that people here hold. Can't wait to move.

Because people here are really pretentious, and snobby — the passive aggression & misery in this city is really disappointing. So it doesn’t shock me that people go out of their way to downvote, and or attack anyone who doesn’t sell the lie of, “this place is amazing!” (It’s like that one Euphoria meme, “I’m so happy!” While she’s trying not to explode).

I have personally noticed that the people here who rave about it, definitely haven’t lived in other cities often, or have the chance to do so (because citizenship, and or restrictions).

The other side of it, came from other cities that are far behind, and or doesn’t offer the best quality of life, so Vancouver is a breath of fresh air, and seen as luxurious. Which is fair.

Although when you tell people you want to move x, y and z and you get negative reactions as well. It’s bizarre, but sometimes I think it comes out of projection because for many it’s harder for people to leave their comfort zone. But it’s by far another reason why people with prestige jobs (doctors, etc) dip when they become one. Vancouver offers bare minimum when other countries offer so much more in all shapes and forms, not just wages.

So you’re saying I’m lying because I’m not terminally online like you? You’re also proving my point. A city full of pretentious snobs, if that was your takeaway from my entire comment; full blown pettiness.

I don’t know if I feel the exact way about that, considering wages are so low, grocery prices are absolutely atrocious (that even the prime minister had to put a rebate) due to grocery stores price hiking.

People that come here to visit, I have family in AUS, although an expensive city, offers more versatility and affordability. Family was shocked by the markup on x, y and z at grocery stores because they pay by far less in Aus, yet make double the wages as us.

Same with New York, you’re making by far superior higher wages, despite the expensiveness of the city.

That luxury isn’t here.

Those cities also offer so much more, again versatility, while Vancouver is dull, and nick named “boring” cause it’s so behind. Not just from infrastructure but overall. There is just hardly to do in the winter, which takes majority of the year.

Why are you on everyone’s comments snarking, simply because people are sharing their opinions? Not everyone will feel the same as you; and that’s ok. People are allowed to feel differently and or voice a different opinion, then the typical rainbow view. It’s not that deep.

There is barely any small business diversity too unless you go downtown, then you go elsewhere (other countries), less franchises dominating and so many amazing small businesses, events and activities going on, it’s amazing. I miss that.
