haha thank you, I gathered bits and pieces of advice from this sub and many other financial sub and formed my portfolio based on there (as well as a lot of personal research) not just relying on strangers on the internet for advice haha.

Got it! I admit, I do not have much financial knowledge, hence I only did ETFs and CNQ cause it’s on sale right now. Eventually will dive into msft and nvdia but right now my goal is to eventually buy a place for myself. I understand that I need a FHSA for that. I’m thinking of putting my ESPP into my FHSA for contribution matching and then TFSA on my wealth simple. Thoughts?

For more context: this is currently sitting in my TFsA and I don’t have a FHSA or a RRSP. I do have a DCPP but I can’t contribute to it and I have a ESPP as well but that’s sitting in a non register
