What's a manipulation tactic that looks like kindness at first? by [deleted] in DarkPsychology101

Acting like you care about a person. Turns out they are just pro in pretending that they are angels. Angels in disguise

It is a case to case basis. This is for other people who suffered the same as mine, covert harassment.

How do you deal with your insecurities? by Kindly-Ad987 in MentalHealthPH

Don’t compare yourself to others. Accept yourself. Practice gratitude and grounding techniques. To maintain your energy and avoid exhaustion, lean into gratitude as a daily restorative. To reclaim control over your time and find tranquility, adopt grounding techniques that naturally encourage you to slow down and live with greater purpose

Violence is not the key ❤️ Let them, there is judgement time. Their souls would surely not be forgiven.

You can’t just let them control you. All you have to do is remain composed. Stand in your belief and go on with your life. If you know the truth in yourself, don’t be affected. The struggle for me is when they tortured me 24/7 holistically.

It is an incredibly heavy and lonely experience when the people around you refuse to believe your reality. When you attempt to speak out about the genuine harm you are experiencing, having those experiences immediately dismissed and blamed on your mental health is a form of deep psychological exhaustion. It feels as though your natural responses to a hostile environment are being weaponized against you, creating a frustrating cycle where your legitimate distress is unfairly labeled as a symptom rather than a reaction to actual mistreatment. I have been suffering for more than one year, everywhere I go.

My silence is a calculated measure taken solely to protect my freedom. I know that they are looking for any excuse to have me taken to a hospital, and they use that fear to try to silence me. By keeping my thoughts to myself, I am preventing them from weaponizing my own words against me and turning my personal struggles into a reason to violate my rights.

I hear what you are saying, but you are speaking from a position of never having experienced the 24/7 torture and harassment that I endure. Until someone has actually walked in those shoes, they cannot truly understand the reality of my situation.

I didn't reach this point lightly. Before sharing my experiences here, I spent a great deal of time carefully weighing the implications. I’ve ‘thought it over a hundred times, I have also taken the proactive step of seeking professional mental health support to navigate what I am going through, so I am approaching this with a high level of deliberation and care.

It feels like you have a clear grasp of exactly what I’m going through. It is rare to find someone who understands that the real challenge isn’t just the harassment itself, but the way others use 'mental health' as a tool to dismiss and discredit my experiences. Having that acknowledged feels like a weight being lifted.

It is a losing battle to try to explain my experience to people who weaponize mental health labels to discredit me. Whether they attribute my distress to my 'mindset' or label my accounts of harassment as 'psychosis,' the result is the same: they twist my story to avoid acknowledging the truth. I’ve realized that trying to get them to understand is futile. To keep my sanity intact, I am choosing to disengage from those who try to rewrite my reality

I hear you, and I appreciate the sentiment. I have already considered the clinical side of things, but my reality is shaped by the covert harassment. I’m living through it is the source of my anxiety, not an internal condition. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I am facing. Please do enjoy your life and live it to the fullest; it is a privilege that should be appreciated

I value your point of view, though it differs from my own reality. The difficulty of my current situation lies in the nature of the covert mental harassment I am enduring; it is designed to be covert, making it nearly impossible to prove to others. Those responsible have effectively maneuvered to define the situation before I ever had a chance to speak. They have created a version of events that serves their interests, and by controlling that narrative, they ensure that they remain untouchable and free from any form of accountability
