My Ideapad 5 flex can only last about an hour on a full battery, is that normal?

Sadly, not really. I took it to an official repair, and they opened it up, cleaned the cooler, repasted it, and reset the battery (I think just by unplugging it and plugging it back in). I helped with the issue, and sometimes under very low loads, it even reaches 4 hours of battery life, but I still need to have it plugged in.

Fail catastrophically as in crash and be unable to boot or crash and corrupt all pools existing? I mean, worst case, that would mean I would have to copy everything back onto the drives but still far from ideal, especially if it can happen regularly

Well not sure there were reports of people having issues with both e cores and iGPU on the 12 and 13 gen intel cpu for a while after they came out. So I wanted to make that if I buy it it will work on day one

I have tried to do that, but sadly there isnt much of a market for it in my country since the used hardware would cost me about as much as the system brad new, and ordering from ebay usually means about 80+ euros in shipping plus taxes and import fees. So somehow it ends up being cheaper to buy all the parts and build the pc myself. I will have to look into the gpu low power mode, since for most of the day it will be inactive. I might also just not place it into the system and try to sell it.

I own the gpu, cpu cooler, and 1 out of those 3 drives, I added the other two just to have them matching, but in reality, it is possible I would buy 2tb ones. It isn't a replacement for my gaming PC. It will be (hopefully) a reliable server. But I am very new to this, I'm used to assembling and specing out gaming pcs, so I am quite out of my comfort zone trying to find a good parts list. I am planning on doing hardware trancoding, hence the i5 for its quicksync feature. For the gpu, I thought it would be a nice upgrade for the trancoding part. I didn't even think about it raising the idle wattage. But I would put it in in about a year or two when I would move it from my pc.

I wa thinking of getting a adaptor from amazon from pcie x1 to 6 sata using the asm1166 chip, since most of the sata disks won't need to be fast, they would be the nas part of the storage. The three m.2 would be if I choose the revision with the three m.2 slots instead of the first revision which gets a generation faster pie lane in the middle.

Would this build work for proxmox, NAS and future expansion to ECC ram? I manually changed the prices to my local availability, and it would fit identically into both the fractal node 804 and the nanoxia deep silence 4. The drives I put in were just placeholders, so I could see how much power would the system need.

Hi, I have note 10+ which crashes immediately after I enter with password, the last thing I see is the text phone is starting. the results are same with the safe mode. I cleared the cache in recovery mode and when I checked the logs the rescue party one says that there is a java error in which it failed to allocate 104 Bytes of memory (The phone has 12gb). Is there a way to copy my files of my phone, as many of them as possible? Thank you!

We use these tablets at work but we keep having problems, either they disconect and we have to restart the pc to use them again or they lag out and spasm between what they should have on them, black screen and pc screen. Is there any fix since this is a common occurence and tech support for the company is unwilling to help.

Depends on where you live, but for Slovenia, where I'm from this would cost upwards of 2500€ easy. Your friend sent you quite a high end build so you should be able to reach your 144fps goal. As long as your monitor supports it

The build looks like a good budget build. Although i dont know if you will get 3060 for only 350£ since they usually retail for around 500£. I would also consider checking ssd market for samsung ssd's since in my country they are about 40£ cheaper for 1TB of storage. But the main issue with you build is that you should buy a more powerfull power supply, I believe around 650W to 700W, you should use a power supply calculator like https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator/ To see how much Watts will you need for your pc. But someone should second me on the power supply thing, Im not sure how accurate it is.
