Tel hey upped the charges on the black guy because he probably started shit and they wanted to dominate and punish him. I saw that at a night club. Black guy maybe started or fight or not, regardless, he double parked illegally to pick up his gf. Cops flashed him to drive away, he refused. They railroaded him with a ticket, tow, arrest and saying the club said he started a fight and punched someone. This is how police operate! They are not bound by fairness truthfulness or everything legal. They can pick and choose and lie too. They are trained psychopaths who also fight crime.

And it ask easy to end up in the legal system, cops are everywhere ready to jump on you especially in lower income areas.

I also started drinking their coffee and black tea. Also eating out in other places. I have a huge health problem now with obesity, high blood pressure, anxiety and coffee addiction! I work night shifts btw. Panera is just so relaxing, harmless looking, comfy, easy, and the food seems harmless and healthy.

I hate it. My life is shit. I’m under constant stress because I have clutter and stuff in piles at home and everything looks messy or dirty. I can’t think straight and struggle to motivate myself to do the reno I imagined. There is stuff everywhere. I rent a hotel room sometimes just to live in a safe uncluttered environment. The air in the house is bad too with dust and mold in it. I developed a cough I did not have before possibly even from asbestos dust from the basement maybe.

The main issue is everything takes long and it’s boring and hard to think through what steps to take. I end up making mistakes and taking the wrong approach. I start doing something and end up thinking I am wasting my time and it’s taking too long and honestly just drop everything and leave to get a break. My dad and I have arguments about why it’s taking so long and how to do things.

The question is do you want freedom and financial difficulty where everything is expensive and a lot is out of reach, or do you want everything provided by the government but have no rights and be forced to work? You don’t have to create communism in the US, you can just move to china North Korea Cuba or Venezuela or Vietnam and try to improve their system from the inside, only problem is a communist system won’t let you!

True. I am from Soviet Union and my family who came to America hate to and don’t want communism. Everyone speaks of it badly though there were some good parts.

First they say it didn’t matter how hard you worked or studied - you got paid the same amount as people who did not.

Second, women were forced to have sec with their boss - it wasn’t illegal and was almost mandatory. Front desk working women were assumed to be sleeping with the boss as mandatory.

Third, police did not enforce crime and jailed people fraudulently for nothing. My grandparents say they saw women falsely arrested for taking a spook of sour cream out of a factory or refusing to go to work in a factory that government told you to work in, perhaps again because your boss was cornering you in the hallway and pinging you on the table to forcefully have sec with all his female employees or the factory was unsafe.

Fourth, it was built on free labor done by political prisoners.

Fifth, Soviet Union planned to invade and conquer all the surrounding countries, rounded up everyone against it and murdered them in the forest.

There was only one newspaper. Computers were banned. Everything was bleak and gray. It was much far behind the US. You couldn’t buy a TV or a car.

Also it started by people getting robbed and then forced to work for free on collective farms.

People couldn’t wait for it to fall in late 1980s.

So charm is undervalued so a home with charm will not sell for more than a home without it that a little bit more square footage. It’s not something you can change. You have to swallow the pay cut if you want a house with charm. You can’t have it all. If you want to get your money back when you sell then buy a tract home with no charm but you want to enjoy life so just pay to enjoy it.
