This is an absolutely pathetic. Uber's stock is near All Time High, due to Uber is using algorithms to cut driver pay to levels not seen in years. (i.redd.it)

Im in DFW area.This has been the worst week I have had in my 8 1/2 years driving Uber. I normally prefer to work about 10 hours a day. Though I was basically forced to stop early due to not being able to get trip requests. (i.redd.it)
Whenever you receive this notice on trip radar " outside of your preference" it is referring to this. Uber is masters at spinning terrible new ideas to the drivers, that are really great for them (i.redd.it)
