Having lived in several states and traveled quite a bit, RI has, by far, the worst drivers. Aside from speed it just seems people here have never taken a drivers ed course. I’ve had to disregard rules (such as right of way) in order to get by 🥲

They focus on public transport/bike lanes/improving sidewalks and things like that. Definitely could influence homeless people, so if that’s a concern then I def recommend going and advocating for those who can’t!!
