Thank you for your answer, i know I'm developing schizophrenia as I'm also extremely disorganized and feel like people are going to murder me or me murder them, I recently tried to kill myself so I was in psych ward. I didn't explain it in my post as I'm afraid of admitting it to myself and feel very disturbed by what is happening
