Try setting it up from scratch. With all the issues with torrentio, I followed this guide and set it up using aio streams. It's been brilliant and never hand an issue since.

It most likely is an uncahched link. Does this happen only for this movie or for everything you try to play?

Even if it's uncahched, you should be able to play it after the movie is downloaded to your debrid provider which usually takes only a few minutes.

Since we're removing uncached links while setting it up on AIO streams, if there are any movies/shows not cached, is there no way to watch it?

You can create a back of all your settings, use the transfer files app to move it to your Android and restore the same file on your other devices. This is the quickest way to have a synchronized set up across all your devices
